Getting Started

Registering is super easy. New families, create an account with us by either clicking register or parent portal. Input all required information including credit card information for our automatic billing system. When signing up for classes, remember that new members are eligible for one free trial class. Families who are taking a free trial class should email us after the class letting us know if they would like to be enrolled, we can do that from our end. Returning families, sign into the parent portal and enroll in classes from there. 

Tuition is charged on the first day of each month. Dancers who jump into classes after the session has begun will be required to pay before their first class. Note that placement in a class is not secured until payment is received. Access our billing page HERE for class price specifics.

If you need to miss a class, please let us know ahead of time. When you miss class you are eligible to make it up. Email us letting us know what class you’ll miss that week and what class you’d like to replace it with.

If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, it may be canceled or combined with another class. HV Dance Academy will do its best to place students in a comparable class. If placement is not possible, a prorated refund of tuition will be issued.
