Summer Session Payment Update
This summer, we are transitioning to a monthly billing system for all classes. Please note that Session 10 concluded on June 15, 2025. Moving forward, when you enroll in classes, your tuition will be prorated from June 16 through the end of June. Starting July 2025, all classes will be billed on a monthly basis, beginning on the first day of each month.

Welcome to HV Dance Academy! To register, please create an account through our Parent Portal. Placement in a class is guaranteed once tuition has been received.

Summer Session Tuition
For Summer 2025, tuition may be prorated for students missing a full week or more. To qualify, please notify our staff at the time of enrollment and specify the week(s) your student will be absent.

When registering for summer classes, let us know the week(s) your student will attend, and tuition will be adjusted accordingly. Prorating is specific to summer sessions and is not available during Fall/Spring sessions. We offer this courtesy to help you maximize your family’s summer enjoyment.

Class Cancellation Policy
If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, it may be canceled or combined with another class. HV Dance Academy will do its best to place students in a comparable class. If placement is not possible, a prorated refund of tuition will be issued.

New members are eligible for one free trial class. Be sure to click “trial” during your class registration.
